Yes - You're welcome to bring your own preferred or medicated shampoo.

Yes- our dryers are high velocity, but temperature controlled. For puppies, senior dogs or anxious dogs please use the lower setting.

Yes - you can bring multiple dogs but please wash one dog at a time unless you have another adult helping. * Please note each additional dog will incur a £2 fee to cover the cost of products - additional dogs can be added onto your booking easily when you reserve your slot.

Feel free to have a clean up after your session is finished. Though this is not compulsory as facilities are disinfected and hair is cleaned by myself between each session.

For safety, aggressive dogs must be muzzled and under control. For reactive dogs, try visiting during quieter times.

No - The dog wash is completely self service so unfortunately there wont be staff to help you out. However, on the "How it works" section of this website there is a guide which walks you through all the steps and makes the process simple and easy for you from beginning to end.
