1. Use of Facility

• The Wizard of Paws Self-Service Dog Wash is for washing domestic dogs only.

• Dogs must always be under the owner’s control.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must not use the facilities.

• If your dog fouls inside or outside the dog wash, please use the poo bags and products available to clean up as soon as possible.

 

2. Health & Safety

• Dogs displaying signs of illness or contagious conditions (e.g. vomiting, open wounds, ringworm, mange) are not permitted.

• Dogs with fleas must not enter the washroom.

• Any accidents, injuries, or concerns must be reported immediately.

• Owners must clean up after their dogs and leave the wash area as they found it.

• Use of the high velocity blaster should only be used on dogs that are comfortable and happy with it. If your dog becomes stressed or shows signs of anxiety during use of the equipment, please stop immediately.

• Dogs must remain on a lead and under control by an adult. 

• Please be aware this is a wet area, so wear appropriate footwear to prevent the risk slipping.

• For your dog’s safety, you must always secure your dog in the bathing and drying area.

• If bathing more than one dog in the allocated time, the other dog must be securely attached to a wall hook provided

 

3. Time Limits & Pricing

• Sessions are available in 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute increments.

• Pricing starts from £15

• Please be respectful of time limits so that others may use the facility.

• All bookings must be made online and paid for. You will also have to accept the terms and conditions.

• Please ensure you arrive and depart for your paid allocated time slot

 

4. Equipment Use

• Use all equipment (hoses, dryers, shampoos, etc.) as intended.

• Report any damage or issues immediately.

• Misuse of equipment may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

 

5. Liability

• Wizard of Paws accepts no responsibility for injuries to persons or pets while using the facility.

• Customers use the dog wash at their own risk, unsupervised.

• Misuse of our equipment resulting in damage of equipment, will incur costs to you (the owner).

• Dogs should not be left unattended in the area at any time, especially never left unattended whilst in the bath and on the neck noose.

• Any harmful/ neglectful behaviour or purposeful damage within the self service dog wash area, will be reported to appropriate authorities.

 

6. CCTV Monitoring

• CCTV is in operation both inside and outside the premises for safety, monitoring, and security purposes.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately, unsafely, or in violation of these terms.

8. Agreement

• By using our self-service dog wash and completing payment for your selected time slot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the facilities.

• 

9. Cancellation / no show

• You must give at least 24 hours’ notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
